Who is responsible

PRZMYST is the photography website of Joseph Singer, based in the United States. Joseph is responsible for the personal information handled in connection with this website. For privacy questions or requests, email info@przmyst.com.

When you visit

Netlify hosts and delivers this website. When your browser requests a page or image, Netlify processes technical information such as your IP address, the requested address, request time, browser information and, where your browser supplies it, the referring website. This information is used to deliver the site, maintain reliability and help detect misuse.

The portfolio does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Its code does not store information in cookies or browser local storage. Fonts and photographs are served with the website. Gallery searches and filters run in your browser; search text is not submitted to PRZMYST.

There are no visitor accounts, checkout, contact forms or mailing-list sign-ups on this website.

When you get in touch

If you email PRZMYST or contact Joseph through Instagram, the information you choose to send may include your name, email address or social profile, message and attachments. It is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss image permissions or other requests, and keep relevant correspondence. Email and social-platform providers also process these communications through their services.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in a general enquiry.

Pinterest and other social links

The Save to Pinterest buttons are links. When you choose one, Pinterest opens with the photograph’s public page address, a credited web image and a description. Pinterest handles your login and the saving of the Pin. PRZMYST does not receive your Pinterest password or access to your account through these buttons.

Pinterest and Instagram have their own privacy practices when you visit them. Read the Pinterest privacy policy and Instagram privacy policy. Social media tracking scripts and embedded social feeds are not loaded on this website.

The planned Pinterest integration

PRZMYST Publisher is a planned private tool for Joseph to manage his own PRZMYST Pinterest account. It is not yet connected to Pinterest. Visitors cannot connect their accounts through this website, and the website does not currently collect Pinterest account data or access tokens.

If activated after Pinterest approval, the tool will use Pinterest’s authorization process to access only the account information, public boards, Pins and performance metrics needed to publish Joseph’s selected photographs, manage his boards and review the performance of his content. Joseph will select and approve each Pin before it is published or scheduled.

For the planned local integration, access and refresh tokens will be kept in private local credential storage, separate from the public website. Pinterest passwords will not be collected. Information retrieved from Pinterest will be requested when needed for an operation, rather than kept in a separate account-data archive. Original photographs, captions and publishing plans created by Joseph are separate from data retrieved through the Pinterest API.

Joseph will be able to revoke the integration through Pinterest’s app settings and remove its locally stored credentials. Privacy or deletion requests can also be sent to info@przmyst.com. Revoking access does not itself delete Pins already published on Pinterest; those must be managed on Pinterest.

This policy will be reviewed before the integration is activated or its data practices change, including before another service is introduced to process connected-account data.

Sharing and service providers

PRZMYST does not sell or rent personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Information is processed by service providers as needed to host the website and deliver correspondence, and by social platforms when you choose to use their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Netlify explains its handling of information in its privacy statement and data processing agreement.

Retention and security

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond to a request, manage an ongoing relationship or image permission, and meet applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted. Hosting and delivery records are subject to Netlify’s service settings, retention practices and applicable obligations.

The website uses HTTPS. Private correspondence and integration credentials are not published as part of the website. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can browse the portfolio without signing in or providing contact information, and choose whether to follow links to other services. To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, email info@przmyst.com. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to obtain a copy of your information, object to or restrict its use, or complain to a privacy regulator.

PRZMYST may need enough information to verify that a request concerns your information. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law; some records may need to be retained to satisfy legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

Children’s information

This website and the planned private publishing tool are not directed at children under 13. PRZMYST does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact info@przmyst.com so it can be reviewed and deleted as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

This page may be updated as the website or its services change. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes to the practices described here will be explained on this page.
